My reimbursement was sent back, requiring updates. What should I do?
The Reimbursement team sends an email with the subject line “Updates Required: Request for Reimbursement” from [email protected] that outlines what adjustments are needed. Please search your email, including spam, for the information.
If you receive an “Updates Required” response from the Reimbursement team, please do the following:
Make updates to the existing Reimbursement Request form; there’s no need to submit a new, duplicate form as a request marked as "Updates Required" will use one of your available submissions.
Only upload and submit the corrected receipt or items indicated as needing updates. You do not need to resubmit all of the original receipts.
If additional information or instructions are needed to clarify items, please use the Additional Information box within the Reimbursement Request form.
Be sure to resubmit the request once you’ve made the indicated updates. We can only reimburse once the request has been resubmitted and approved.
If you need help updating a request, reply to the email you received; our Parent Support team will be happy to help!
