Every month, we launch new clubs that match what students are excited about. Here's how to get involved!
How To Sign Up For A Club
After logging into the platform, head over to the marketplace from the lefthand sidebar.
Once you're there, click on the word Clubs from the top right of the screen to view our current club offerings.
Click on a tile to view the full information listed for each club, including a brief description, when we meet, and what supplies you'll need.
To sign up for a club, click the Add to Cart button. Then, check out to complete your order.
Keep in mind: If a club has limited spots available, you'll see the label Limited Availability in the top left corner of the listing's tile.
Where To Find Your Clubs' Info
After our team fulfills your order for a spot in one of our clubs (which might take a day or two), the club's information will show up in your library.
Click on the Library menu option from the lefthand sidebar to view all of your educational resources, including any clubs and events you've signed up for.
Through the dropdown menu in the top right corner, you can also sort your library to only view your clubs.
Click on a club's tile to view its full information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I find the list of supplies that my student will need for their club?
A: Through your library, take a look at the Access Instructions under your club's tile.
At the top of the Access Instructions, you'll see a link to an info sheet. That info sheet includes everything you'll need to know about the club's suggested supplies, along with other important details.
Q: How do I get the link to join my student's club?
A: You can access the link to join your student's club by clicking the Access Product button from the club's tile in your library!
We'll also send you daily reminders via email that will include the same link. If you have any issues joining your student's club, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Q: How do I know what clubs will be available in future months?
A: Every month, our team sends out a Community newsletter that includes details on all of the clubs we'll be offering in the coming weeks.
This newsletter goes out to all OpenEd families, so we'll make sure you're in the loop!
Q: I signed my student up for a club, but I want to cancel that request to join. How can I do that?
A: If our team hasn't fulfilled your request yet, then head over the Orders page.
After clicking on your order for the club, you'll see a Cancel Orders button in the top right corner. Click that button to cancel your order.
If our team has already fulfilled your request, then please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can cancel your order on our side.
