A: Students in any state in grades K-12 (up to age 20) can join. This includes students currently in traditional schools, homeschoolers, microschoolers, and families interested in flexible, student-tailored learning. No previous alternative education experience is needed.
Note: International students can also join OpenEd Academy as long as they are fluent in English.

Q: Is there a required daily schedule?
A: No! There's no required schedule. You can organize your day around your child's best learning times and your family's needs. OpenEd Academy does not schedule mandatory live sessions during the day to respect your need for customized daily schedules.

A: Yes! You have the flexibility to plan your learning schedule. You can extend your enrollment in each course as needed for vacations, mastery of material, or other time commitments. Tuition is billed annually regardless of course completion status.
