The Oregon Department of Education requires all public school students in grades 3-8 to complete a SEED Survey near the end of each school year.
Please Note:
Participation in the survey is easy; students can answer the questions remotely, and it does not require a secure browser.
Participants must complete the survey during a virtual meeting to confirm student participation.
The first question asks the students if they would like to take the survey. They can answer yes or no.
Answering “no” completes the survey.
