Click on a question from the list below to be taken directly to the answer.
How does the daily participation reminder work?
At 8 AM, all parents receive a daily reminder email from their student's Homeroom Teacher to help keep you and your students on track.
If your student hasn't submitted their participation by 4 PM, then you'll receive a second reminder. Depending on your Notification Settings, this second reminder will be sent by email, text, or both.
How do I change my Notification Settings?
If you'd like to change your settings for the afternoon reminder that's sent at 4 PM, you can update your settings through the Participation page in InfoCenter.
Check out our article How to Edit your Notification Settings for a full walkthrough.
Can I change my settings so that I only receive the 8 AM reminder by text message?
No, all parents will receive the 8 AM reminder by email. Your Notification Settings will only affect the afternoon reminder that is sent at 4 PM.
I want to update my Notification Settings. What are my options?
On the Participation page in InfoCenter, click on the blue Notification Settings button in the bottom left corner of the screen. You'll see this popup:
From this popup, you can choose to receive the 4 PM reminder by text message AND email, by email only, or by text message only.
Can I change my settings so that my student receives the daily participation reminder to their email or phone number?
Currently, the daily participation reminder is only sent to parents. As of right now, students can't receive the daily participation reminder directly to their own email or phone number.
Can I submit my student's daily participation through the 4 PM reminder text message?
Absolutely! If you have text message reminders enabled, just reply Yes or Y to the 4 PM reminder text, and your student's daily participation status will automatically change in InfoCenter to Submitted.
Keep in mind: If you have multiple students in the program, then replying Yes to the 4 PM reminder text will update the status of all of your students to Submitted. If you need to submit different responses for each student, you can do so through the Participation page in InfoCenter.
