Important Notes:
InfoCenter does NOT store any personal financial information.
You only need to complete the Hyperwallet setup once.
Secure and timely transfer methods include ACH (direct deposit), Paypal, and Venmo.
We recommend selecting the ACH (direct deposit) option, as funds paid to e-wallets (Venmo and PayPal) may require additional verification steps.
Processing times are from the date the request is marked "Paid" in InfoCenter.
We are unable to process requests totaling less than $1.01.
Payment services are subject to the Hyperwallet Terms of Service and the Hyperwallet Privacy Policy: https://pay.hyperwallet.com/hw2web/consumer/page/legalAgreement.xhtml.
Hyperwallet FAQs:
When do I need to set up a Hyperwallet account?
You're welcome to set up your account anytime. Note that the Reimbursement Window closes on April 30, and you must create a Hyperwallet account and select a transfer method to access the Request for Reimbursement form.
Can I get my payment reprocessed?
If Hyperwallet returns your payment to us because the account information you entered is incorrect, we can reissue it for you with a $25 reprocessing fee.
You will receive an email with instructions to edit your Hyperwallet transfer method in InfoCenter and confirm all details are correct. Once verified, please reply to the email, and we will reprocess the payment.
Similarly, if you need a paper check reissued, there will be a $25 reprocessing fee.
I received an email indicating my Request for Reimbursement was Paid. When will I see the funds in my Venmo account?
It has come to our attention that Venmo requires an extra verification step for some transactions. Please call Venmo customer support at (855) 812-4430 to verify your information.
Do I need to provide my SSN as requested by PayPal?
It has come to our attention that PayPal may request your SSN to process your transaction. To receive reimbursement to your PayPal account, please provide the requested information. PayPal has confirmed that reimbursement payments are not taxable.
If you prefer to edit your transfer method, please do so in InfoCenter, then reach out to [email protected] to have your payment reprocessed.
